THEMES DE RECHERCHE

Développement de systèmes particulaires : de la formulation jusqu'au stockage.

Mes activités de recherche s'oriente vers le développement de systèmes particulaires : de la formulation jusqu'au stockage.

Les thématiques principales de recherche sont :

• Amélioration de la solubilité de substance active très peu soluble dans l'eau par la préparation de complexes d'inclusion dans des cyclodextrines naturelles ou modifiées ou de dispersions solides.
• Conception de systèmes particulaires originaux à partir de cyclodextrines amphiphiles modifiées.
• Amélioration de la stabilité des systèmes particulaires et de produits biologiques par la lyophilisation avec un maintien de leur intégrité physique et biologique après un stockage à long terme.

SAVOIR FAIRE

• Conception de systèmes d'administration à base de cyclodextrines
• Formulation de systèmes particulaires (microsphères, nanoparticules, nanocapsules, liposomes...)
• Préparation de complexes d'inclusion (substances actives / cyclodextrines).
• Techniques de caractérisation par microscopie (ESEM, transmission, cryofracture) et de systèmes colloïdaux 
• Techniques de caractérisation physico-chimique des complexes d'inclusion (DSC, RMN..) et des systèmes particulaires (taille, potentiel zêta..)
• Expertise dans la lyophilisation de nanovecteurs.
